PIN MARKING
Our machines provide an extremely
versatile dot matrix pin marking system. They can engrave
from plastic to steel up to a hardness of 62 HRC on both smooth
and irregular surfaces.
Two versions are available:
R19
CNC computer controlled pin marking machine
R25 CNC without
computer pin marking machine
Our pin marking is done with an oscillating
needle made of hard metal moved within a co-ordinate system
using two stepping motors. This continuous process produces
an unbroken line made up of densely placed dots. In contrast
to this, the scratch embosser works with a diamond scratch
needle which is pressed onto the product and then operated
by a pneumatic cylinder. The result is high quality marking
and low noise operation so that no noise protection fittings
are needed.
With these systems product of different shapes and materials
can be marked permanently, cheaply and at high speed.. Within
the marking area any texts, figures, special characters, logos
(HPGL) and so on can be produced. The marking direction can
be from horizontal to vertical, at any angle, bow-shaped (legible
from inside or outside).
